Turistička agencija BALKAN FUN TRAVEL Niš

worst organization ever. I will start with the bus, which is full of noise and chaos, to which the guide does not react. they don't have their own buses, but rent buses that when they break down, you wait five hours for another one to come, so you'll be traveling for more than 22 hours. the guides are not uncles, disorganized, if they are not like that then they are rude and rude. horrible accommodation, old house, no air conditioning. bracelets are much cheaper in other agencies, but they are definitely a scam. in local agencies you will find much more favorable the same excursions twice as cheap. if you haven't heard about bracelets before departure, you will find out only when you have almost arrived at your destination, and you will have a maximum of five minutes to think about which one, so you will not have time to potentially realize that it is a scam

Very bad experience. They did not say in time what the transfer to Belgrade would look like, so we waited for more than 4 hours in Belgrade. Also, the hotel was said to be 15 km from the center of Vienna, but it was further, so we went first to one and then to another hotel. The excursions that are offered are also more expensive compared to what could be found on the website. On the way back, we were not offered a transfer, but a return ticket was bought for us, while we were left to wait for more than 3 hours for the first bus.

Vacation in Greece was arranged through the best agency in Nis. We are very satisfied with the organization of the trip. The kindly staff at the agency met us in every request. We hope to have the same experience again next year.
