Puzzle Group | Special Travel Agency d.o.o.

Dammit, we had such a good time in Greece, Kavos, the trip was amazing and full of fun. Everything was perfectly organized from the start – transportation, accommodation, excursions, and nightlife. My praise especially goes to our guide Vanja, one hell of a person, always there for you, can't make a mistake if you want to travel with this agency with her as a guide. A 10/10 trip! <3

If there was a review for it would be -10, even 1 review is good for how terrible they are. I would not recommend this tourist agency. The service was poorly organized from start to finish.Instead of a stress-free holiday, the entire trip became frustrating and disappointing. The apartment through this travel agency, was a very disappointing experience.description on the listing did not match reality at all. The apartment was not properly cleaned on arrival, with dust, dirty floors, black mold and even an unpleasant smell. When we contacted the agency to resolve these issues, they were unresponsive and showed little interest in helping. About travel guide she was horible , Instead of making the trip enjoyable and insightful, and also helpful about the problem she seemed disintered. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and showed little concern for customer comfort or safety. They also transferred us from one bus to another bus from another location to travel to our accommodation or home.Save yourself the trouble and look for an agency that values its customers and delivers on its promises.

I had an amazing experience with Puzzle Group and Pavle Veličković as our tour guide. My friends and I welcomed 2026 in Ohrid and Puzzle gave us a great deal for the parties, tours, even discounts in good restaurants and better currency exchange. I must praise Pavle Veličković for being well-organized, always available and for making everyone feel included.
