Professionalism - reliability - support, all said in these 3 words. I would especially like to emphasize their promptness - they solve all agreed obligations quickly, precisely and without delay. I am very satisfied with the cooperation and I sincerely recommend them to everyone who wants a serious and responsible team by their side!
The site administration is more complicated than I expected. Instead of a simple system, I feel like everything is weirdly connected through plugins. This often leads to bugs and problems in operation, which requires constant interventions and me constantly calling them, and often they don't even respond. 0/5.
I paid for their service because they promised a stable and custom website. Instead, I got a slow and unoptimized website that constantly crashes. Later I realized that it was just a regular WordPress theme with a bunch of plugins. Support doesn't take responsibility and doesn't offer concrete solutions. Everything seems unfinished and unprofessional. If I could, I would give zero stars.
