This agency is terrible! I'm completely shocked! I ordered flyers to be posted on the entrances of two buildings in Botanika. I decided to check, drove randomly around the buildings where the flyers were supposed to be posted, and didn't find my ad on a single entrance! The manager told me they'd posted everything on the first building, and only partially on the second, and promised to repost it. What happened to the first one? I asked for a refund because the work wasn't done and that I'd better go to another agency. In the end, they only refunded 600 rubles for not posting them (and they didn't mention that these flyers were printed by this same agency and at my expense!), and I paid 5,936 rubles for all the services! What a disgrace! The manager was sitting in front of me, talking on the phone and making faces (like a client came and demands money ha ha). And apparently the accountant brought a piece of paper for me to sign upon receiving 600 rubles. (She threw it on the table with a dissatisfied look and said: Why doesn’t she write down how much they give here herself?) I’m shocked!

I ordered business cards and flyers from the agency—they printed them very well, and the price was reasonable compared to other agencies. I also took out elevator advertising. I checked several buildings and asked around, and everyone had elevator advertising, so the response was great! Thank you for everything, I'll definitely be using them again!
