I bought the online course "The SMM Specialist Profession." At first, the instructors seemed nice and friendly, but then I had to do one piece of homework. I had to write out points A and B, but in the form of a personal essay. It was mandatory, without which you wouldn't be allowed to proceed, and it had a deadline. And I had to write it in front of 40 people in the chat. For me, this violated my personal boundaries, and I felt pressured. Then there was the issue with the project, which is a thesis: before you have time to learn anything about SMM, they give you a week to choose a topic. I was shocked, so scared. I showed up with zero knowledge. I decided to cancel the course and get a refund, and then the fun began. I wrote to the manager, she took my payment details and started feeding me with promises that they would definitely return everything. I said she would check with the accounting department, and her responses were only every few days. And then it turned out I needed to file a refund request, which, of course, I wasn't told about. Okay, I filed the request, and then someone else called me, a certain Nikita, and asked me... to tell them again what happened. Okay, I told them again and... silence. They still haven't returned my money, and it's been 15 days. I also want to mention that I also shared with the course coordinator what I didn't like, to which she replied, "You took responsibility for the course, and we have nothing to do with it," and gave me advice I didn't ask for. I'm writing this review in the hopes that they'll finally hear me out and refund my money.
