The second project—business cards and letterhead—was completed with a bit of a delay, but to their credit, the guys apologized and completed the work promptly, refreshing the corporate style. Overall, I can recommend them, but with the caveat that deadlines should be discussed or specified in advance to ensure mutual self-discipline.
