Constant power outages with no apparent intention on the part of the company to fix any of these issues. The outages are so frequent (4-5 times a day) that many electronics that suffer from this sudden surge of power end up failing, causing thousands in reparations and replacements. Are these losses covered by the company? - not at all, they do not consider themselves responsible at all for any electronics destroyed by their carelssness and false advertising.

Yesterday I was having a power blackout and the servicing team from Enel we're prompt in fixing it. nevertheless, I have to give them just two stars because of the history with them: frequently interruptions in power supply for no reason with long repairing time (no powerful wind, etc.) I hope that in the future they will improve their services and show the customers , the respect they deserve.

My meter(contor) died and i do not have power for 2 days now. Keep calling and the reply is always "we will be there as soon as possible". It would be nice if I need how many days it takes for the company to fix this. Live near a big city,not on top of the mountain ...
