A reliable supplier with a lot of experience and unique technical solutions. I highly recommend!!!
Recently, our business has been the target of repeated and unjustified reviews from Optimus Plus SRL, which we perceived as a form of harassment. Such actions are not only counterproductive, but also affect the healthy business environment we want to cultivate. We have responded in detail to these allegations and have requested clarification and direct dialogue, without receiving a constructive response to date. We cannot recommend working with this company.
Mr. Botoghina Sevastian displays uncivilized language and aggressive behavior towards suppliers. Instead of collaborating to solve problems and find solutions, he adopts an inappropriate and very offensive way of expressing himself. We recommend caution in any future collaboration with this company.
