A deplorable experience with the myPPC application! IT should be more involved! Logging in takes even 20 minutes sometimes!
I found 3 PPC employees, kind, I found understanding in my requirements. The only thing more unreasonable was the price offered per kwh which is not negotiable to a great extent and the offer was not the one announced in the media. The waiting time was 45 min and I waited after 7 other customers. A price was offered approximately double the subsidized one so far, lower than what it was in July/August. The price for Hydro is higher by 0.3/roni.
