As someone who’s worked with a number of creative agencies, I was genuinely refreshed by our dealings with Rob, Mikey and the team at Firme Agency. Their responsiveness and flexibility were matched by a staunch commitment to quality, even when timelines were tight. The conceptual process was well focussed and considered, and the collaborative approach was one of the best I’ve experienced: open, inspiring, and creatively rigorous. They’re setting a high bar for what great agency partnership looks like.
