I want to call to have the service restored in the Colón neighborhood, but nobody answers, neither by WhatsApp nor by phone. It's Sunday with no service and no solution, but every month the bill goes up. We're about to switch providers. Thank goodness with fiber optics the service wasn't going to go down! 😡😡 …
Excellent service, great customer support when there's a problem with the service 🙌 …
Excellent service. Sebastián, from technical support, deserves a 10 for his willingness to solve our problems. Congratulations. Thank you very much.
