I didn't like it! Horrible service. I made a complaint about a service done at my house, and they immediately started speaking loudly in an unpleasant tone, and that was it. In other words, when it's time to come, before even receiving payment, they come quickly, asking if you received the service, and the conversation changes. I didn't like it!
I've done some work with this company and it's truly a competent company. I recommend them. I'd also like to thank Pedro Costa for all the help he gave me with my installation. Thank you and keep up the good work.
When I called to order a gas cylinder, the lady who answered was very rude and wouldn't let me explain that I wouldn't be home after 3 pm to receive it. She wasn't flexible at all with my schedule, which was from 11 am to 2:30 pm. She even hung up on me. That's very bad for someone who has a business open 😞
