Miztec

ATTENTION! (I'm not giving a lower rating because there isn't one) In my case, a terrible opinion of their professionalism! I paid an online store, and from then on, communication suddenly worsened until I received no response whatsoever. I requested a refund, but the money was not returned, nor did I receive a response through any possible channels. The case went to court, Pedro Batista did not appear, nor did anyone representing the company MBBLC NETWORKS LDA (miztec), and the decision was in my favor. MBBLC NETWORKS LDA was sued for the full amount plus the costs of the process, which took about a year! Their lack of character was the worst outcome!

A professional and competent team, capable of solving problems. Always available to help and suggest alternatives to what our company has needed.

Our experience was good and the performance of the operator Pedro Batista was excellent. Very professional, competent and always available to clarify doubts, give suggestions, solve problems and respond to customer requests. Our thanks.
