The people at M2, from the founders to the team, are incredibly human and helpful, which makes all the difference when hiring an agency. It's about feeling genuine support and, most importantly, understanding the client and conveying their essence in their work. I highly recommend their services.

I hired M2 to perform the complete setup of my Google Ads campaigns — campaign structure, ad groups, ads, keywords, targeting, and visual assets — and paid for the service in full, upfront. Thirty days later, I found that: None of the three contracted campaigns were finalized. Approximately ⅔ of the keywords remained unqualified. There was only ONE AD per group, contrary to best practices. Most of the image assets (logo) were disapproved and weren't even linked to the ad groups. Other resources and settings were little or not at all explored. Although Matheus is attentive and promises to resolve the issues, the problems persist and the service was not delivered as agreed. Result: a frustrating experience that consumed time and money. I do not recommend M2. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
