Excellent service and care was taken with my order.
(Terrible Customer Service and Support) I chose this company for all my store's advertising, but they have terrible customer service. They don't guarantee any kind of warranty or support for the work presented! All my logos (advertisements) stopped working! I didn't even receive any technical support regarding the work! I'm not in the city where the advertising was done, and they say they can't even come to my establishment to repair the service! And yet the assembly and disassembly was done by the company, and they told me I did a bad job assembling and stored my advertising poorly! If I had known how they work after they already have the client's money, I would never have done any kind of advertising with the store! I appreciate all the attention from the IMPREVISTAS team, who showed no consideration for all the investment I made with them! Alef Gomes de Almeida
