EDP Comercial - Loja de Braga

The store doesn't accept MB payments? They have the audacity to have a sign saying (we don't accept MB) Today, August 13th, 2025, they are having MB problems. If they still don't accept MB on my next visit to this service, I will complain. In about 20 service locations, all of them had MB, only these useless ones didn't. The question I ask is: Are all the other services wrong for accepting MB???

Unfortunately, I have to complain about the waiting time at the EDP customer service office in Braga. It wasn't just once or twice that I had to wait more than 30 minutes in triage only to be sent to another waiting line. The attendants, thankfully, are super friendly, patient, and try to resolve everything they can for you. There aren't many of them working for some reason, as out of the 7 cashiers, there are only 3 employees.

This store either doesn't have enough staff to serve customers, or only offers one general service counter before transferring them to another type of counter with its own numbering system. If you have to come here, make sure you have an appointment; for general service, it's a gamble to be seen in under 30 minutes. Either wait here as long as necessary or make an appointment with another agent.
