SOCIAL ELITE - Agencja Digital & Performance

Our collaboration with SocialElite is yielding very tangible results—both in the form of a real increase in sales and a significant increase in our brand recognition. The initiatives are well-thought-out, effective, and consistently implemented. The dedication of the team supporting our company deserves special recognition—they are always available, helpful, open to suggestions, and quickly respond to changes and new implementations. This ensures our collaboration runs smoothly, based on partnership, and maintains a very positive atmosphere. I sincerely thank Emilia and Marcin from Social Elite for their professionalism, commitment, and tangible impact on the development of YouNick Eyewear. It's a pleasure to work with such a competent team. Jakub Rybiański President of the Management Board, YouNick Eyewear

Our company has been working with SocialElite for several years. Julia and Patrycja are responsible for our marketing on Meta and Google. We view our collaboration very positively. It's structured, collaborative, and focused on real business goals. The marketing team understands the specifics of our clothing brand well, and communication runs smoothly and professionally. Thanks to this collaboration, we've significantly increased brand recognition, improved communication consistency, and more effectively reached our target audience. We've seen a noticeable increase in the quality of our marketing activities and improved budget utilization through campaign testing and optimization. Marketing activities truly support the growth and scaling of our business. We value proactivity, commitment, and an analytical approach to our activities most. Flexibility, regular process optimization, and a willingness to propose solutions tailored to the brand's current needs are also of great value. We feel that marketing is a true partner in the company's development, not just a taskmaster. Thank you, ladies ❤️

As English JokerS, a language school working with hundreds of students each year, we feel obligated to share our experience with Social Elite so that other organizations can avoid similar situations. Our cooperation with this agency was deeply disappointing. After two months of work, promises and repeatedly shifting narratives about expected results, we suddenly received an email informing us that Social Elite “no longer operates in our industry”. It is difficult to call this anything other than unprofessional. We rarely invest time in writing negative reviews, because we believe in focusing on growth rather than frustration, but in this case we want to WARN other business owners. If you value your time, your finances and the stability of your operations, you may want to look elsewhere. The communication, reliability and delivery we experienced were far below any acceptable standard. Special mention to the team members assigned to our account: Martyna, Jakub and Daniel. Instead of transparent communication by phone, which we repeatedly tried to initiate, we were met with ignored calls and a sudden email as the only form of “closure”. This is not how professional partnerships are handled. We wish Social Elite luck, but we also hope that future clients demand more transparency and accountability. Experiences like this remind us that integrity in business truly matters. English JokerS 🃏
