Best Studio

They demonstrated zero professionalism. They attributed their lack of competence and lack of knowledge of Polish spelling to the client's acceptance of the project. During the phone conversation, the boss demonstrated a complete lack of humility, was rude, and brusque. He offered a 20% discount for reprinting the business cards and veneers with the correct spelling. I do not recommend this company!

I strongly advise against it! After presenting a quote and confirming the client's order, BEST never showed up and didn't complete the work. They also didn't send a single email or call stating they wouldn't complete the order. Absolutely zero professionalism! The company owner's explanation was, "I received confirmation after business hours" (5 minutes!) A joke and a joke! Dear Owner, the customer should be informed that the order will be completed at a later date because the confirmation was received after business hours, not ignored and left unfulfilled. I advise against doing business with such a "partner."

We've been working with BEST for over 10 years, consistently entrusting them with the graphic design for every marketing campaign implemented by F.H. BOZ S.A. The graphic designs are always prepared with great care, sensitivity, and taste. BEST prints most of our graphic materials, from business cards, posters, invitations, and roll-up banners, through company newsletters and elegant industry catalogs, calendars, to banners and large-format prints. Their high print quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing confirm that they are a reliable partner for long-term collaboration. BEST has repeatedly produced 3D Styrodur and lightbox letters and logos for us in various sizes. We've also commissioned them for many unusual forms of advertising, often requiring complex, durable structures. Every order they accept is characterized by aesthetic appeal, high-quality workmanship, punctuality, and reliability, all at a competitive price. We highly recommend them!
