Drukarnia Radom | Agencja reklamowa Adver Media

I've used this printing company's services on several different occasions. I'm very happy with the service, products, and timeliness.

I do not recommend this printing house. The service was rude and unhelpful, giving the impression that customer service was a problem for them. Furthermore, the price of a banner that had previously been printed in the same size for 94 PLN suddenly increased to 153 PLN. This lack of transparency and customer service is deeply troubling.

Today I experienced an emergency and needed a few visit cards for my boss travelling from Romania. I called to Adver Media, it was nice that I could communicate in English with them and I was treated with kindness and support by Mrs. Roksana Musialska who helped me a lot in solving the problem in only two hours. I totally recommend Adver Media for their customer care approach, even if I asked for insignifiant and poor services, they treated me as I would have been a very important client to them. This is the proper attidude in front of the needs of the people and I congratulate you for this. Keep walking!
