The collaboration lasted about five months. Previously, we had managed the Amazon account ourselves for about four years. AMZ Team didn't complete the work as agreed, but it messed up the listings. We fixed their mistakes ourselves because they refused to listen to our concerns. I absolutely do not recommend working with this "agency." During the sales meeting, they'll tell you everything they won't do, how great they are, etc., and then, during the implementation, something completely different happens. You're assigned a person to manage your account who can't answer questions precisely because they don't know what they're doing. We've suggested several times what we expect and how we envision future actions, but nothing has come of it. Furthermore, the billing system, based on a subscription and hours of work, once again demonstrates that the company is focused on its own profits, not the companies they sell to. Absolutely not. They promote themselves on social media about how great they are, but that's not even remotely true.
