I won't buy anything from this store or company again! They're a mockery of the customer, and the product is inadequate for the price and quality. These shoes cost 500.00 złoty and are in terrible condition (used for 4 months!) with a hole in the sole, and the same thing is happening on the second shoe, with the material torn at the heel. I just want to point out that the shoes were only used sporadically during this time. The complaint rejection states: "shoes used on aggressive surfaces." I won't give up. And you're fighting too! Because that's ridiculous. To me, these are too high costs for the lifespan of the shoes. People buy higher-end, more expensive shoes so they last longer and are comfortable. And here, not only do you get what you get, but they also treat the customer this way. I've already reported the matter to the consumer ombudsman. And I'll continue to fight with a lawyer.

I agree with the previous reviewers – avoid purchasing from this company at all costs. Unfortunately, I purchased Timberland Winsor Park boots through timberland.pl. The boots fell apart, and the material on the heel tabs frayed, despite the correct size and proper lacing when putting them on and taking them off. The boots were rarely worn. In my complaint, I requested repairs first, only a replacement for defect-free boots second. The complaint was returned with the information that after inspecting the boots, no material or manufacturing defects were found. I suggest you put on glasses for those reviewing your complaints. Zero customer service – no more money for me in your account, and stay away from timberland.pl and, as I see it, Sizeer.

The complaint was dismissed without any meaningful reason
