Everything was perfect. Completely professional. I recommend!
I've completed several projects with Jacaranda Group. Each time, the service was top-notch – on time and with the highest quality products and services. I highly recommend them!
It is with great regret that I must leave a negative review. The company commissioned the production of specific baseball caps with a built-in drink opener. Unfortunately, even at the prototype stage, they first experienced a delay of several weeks and then shipped a product that completely violated the specifications. Instead of engaging in discussions, attempting to repair the product, or issuing a refund, they broke off contact and charged several hundred złoty. Every decision has consequences, hence the comment. We still encourage you to contact us, and we will gladly remove your review once the damage has been repaired.
