I consider the company's communication to be good, despite the absence of the person responsible for managing advertising campaigns during one vacation. I learned this after sending several emails to the company regarding the lack of response to my questions. The collaboration lasted six months without any results. I received perfunctory information every month that the campaign needed to learn. After three months, the same thing happened again, with no improvement. After six months, I received the message "nothing more can be done." It turned out that advertising doesn't need to learn for three or more months afterward... a good campaign reaches its target audience after just one week and can generate quite a bit of sales. Unfortunately, I wouldn't use this agency again, but the daily contact was a plus.
