Great service. The roll-up was exactly as ordered, and the delivery was quick, and it was with me within 48 hours. Thank you. Best regards.

I regret not reading the reviews before deciding to print at this particular location. I called the printing company to ask if they would accept the order sent via email - yes, no problem. The next day I sent the order (very specific, everything described in detail, in what quantities, on what paper, how many copies, and what file). No response for 6 DAYS. No confirmation of receipt, no rejection, nothing. After 6 days, I called the location, and the lady didn't know about the order. "Oh, you can pick it up tomorrow." I informed them that I wouldn't be picking it up myself, but someone would pick it up for me - no problem. Since I order something online, you can assume I want it picked up quickly. When I get there, it turns out the order isn't ready... The lady didn't know how to handle margins... it's hard for me to comment, as it's pretty basic in your profession. My order included clear information about the required net dimensions, the paper size (a range was provided because I was aware that the specific size I wanted might not be available locally, especially since it was a small run), and the number of prints I wanted. I also left a phone number in case of any questions, and of course, I also monitored my emails. I received one business card as ordered, but I received two of the five A5 prints, on the same paper, even though I wanted different ones. Because of this (as I also mentioned in the title), I wanted to test the print on different paper. I don't recommend it :)
