PoliFax – Agencja Reklamowa

I ordered two large 1x3m banners, very well made, and two signs for the march presentation, perfectly matched and agreed upon, and inexpensive. They arouse interest in who makes them.

I ordered paper wristbands for an event, and the processing was quick and efficient. Professional service, the order was ready for pickup within three days. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Poli-fax printing house was very negative. I ordered a door sticker with clear requirements from the start. During the initial phone call, I was assured that it was possible, but after more than two weeks, it turned out that the company didn't produce the format I initially requested. Contacting the printing house was very difficult, forcing me to call frequently. Before making payment, I wasn't informed that the deposit was a non-refundable deposit (I couldn't find this information in the terms and conditions, which don't exist). After canceling the order, I only received a half-payment refund, even though work was being performed that I never approved or requested, and my order was never fulfilled. Furthermore, the conversation was conducted in an unpleasant manner, descending into personal attacks. I consider this behavior extremely unprofessional. Due to the lack of communication, unclear policies, and customer service, I do not recommend this printing house.
