KolaboIT

I'm so glad I found you! We've just finalized the construction of my website. What's most important to me is the excellent, ongoing communication, the consideration of my suggestions, and then their almost "mind-reading" skills! Kamila, who created the website, quickly grasped my vision and... created something even better than I had planned :) The website's details completed the whole thing! Add to that Ada's excellent copy, and it's here! Thank you so much, and I wholeheartedly recommend you!

Unfortunately, 1 star is too high for this company, and I highly recommend it to everyone. The client's contact changes his mind about deadlines and delivery with every conversation, and regularly makes spelling errors in emails, which, in my opinion, demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. Initially, there were no pre-existing contracts, which meant our lawyer, whom we paid, had to draft the entire agreement. Subsequently, no deadlines were met, and despite paying all invoices, I received the first product completely faulty and unusable – a fact confirmed by KolaboIT employees, who recommended, despite my expense, restoring the original version from before working with KolaboIT. At the same time, upon receiving the product, the company's main website was broken, and during the most important month of the year, instead of profits, I suffered huge financial losses – I lost all the customers I usually acquired online. Furthermore, I still haven't received the next product, for which I paid an advance. Finally, after reporting the aforementioned issues, there's no way to contact the company by phone, email, or letter. Unfortunately, this company is using fraud, and we're left with the option of taking the matter to court. If you want to avoid similar problems, I recommend staying away from KolaboIT.
