Overall Seller Interactive provided me with a great service. Their skill and experience with dealing with Amazon allowed them to improve my sales through significantly improving my listing quality and advertising strategy. I will say it's not cheap but really they did what I could not do by myself as I neither had the skills or time. I would recommend them. My only wish was that if they could have provided more educational training, but then I never specified that in talking to them. I'll likely use them again in the future.

1st QUARTER RESULTS. I have a jewelry cleaner which I have successfully sold B-B to jewelry stores for 20 years. I thought I'd try Amazon but was unable to control advertising expenses and create organic sales for 6 months. I interviewed several Amazon recommended consultants and met with Connie Wang. Because I've done "old school" business for 40 years, I wanted to conduct an extensive interview with Connie to see how my marketing philosophies would blend with this "new technology" model. Connie was very thorough and I intentionally took my time to make a decision. Connie was patient and indicated to me the priority of this business was not to take on new clients, but take on new clients TO SUCCEED. I'm currently in my 1st quarter and my team is led by Narendra, with Zainab, with Sara leading Advertising. We discussed both long and short term strategies, with my stated growth and profitability goals. The team is so far exceeding my expectations for the 1st quarter in which my goals are not profitability, but to minimize my expenditures while creating a runway for sales trajectory. They are exceedingly fulfilling this plan with multiple tactics. There are multiple implementations but if I were to mention one thing that EXCEEDS MY EXPECTAIONS: This team has a very thorough understanding of my product and my goals. I KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE BECAUSE THERE IS NOT A SINGLE ISSUE OR TACTIC THAT I WOULD MENTION THAT THEY HAVE NOT ALREADY ANTICIPATED. This indicates exceptional preparation. And they do not operate in a "cookie cutter" plan. We've already had an unanticipated issue that required both a pivot and patience. Narendra is not afraid to listen to my ideas to either implement in marketing and budgeting, or decline to implement with a thorough explanation.
