I truly can't say enough about our partnership with sagecomm as we made our monumental move to 100 Kellogg. We had the occasion to work with Lindsay and Jeff Sage, and the team from Sagecomm, recently. In our efforts to grow and expand our summer camp operation, they guided us through a very professional, extensive, soul-searching, and passionate strategic planning process. From the get-go, it was inclusive and all encompassing, and it allowed opportunities for anyone with connections to Camp Bickell to contribute to the future of the organization including, but not exclusive to, facility expansion, programming, financial considerations, and partnerships. Every idea offered was accepted without prejudice and weaved into the fabric of the outcome of the process. What we ended up with was nothing less than spectacular, and the Camp Bickell Strategic Plan now provides us with a pathway to the future. As the Chair of the Board, I am confident in speaking for my fellow Directors to say how very delighted we are with both the end result and the commitment from Sagecomm in the effot. Engaging Sagecomm in this robust and exciting project was certainly necessary, but none of us felt, in the beginning, that it would be as invigorating a process as it turned out to be. Our sincere thanks go out the the Sagecomm team and, in particular, to Lindsay and Jeff Sage who bring their own personalized, authentic and genuine selves to every project that they lead. They are inspirational leaders who we would hire again in a heartbeat.
