The team from PPC RAVENS has been guiding my Google Ad efforts for quite some time now, and we’re about to embark on a Facebook Ad campaign. I have found that the PPC RAVENS team has a very high level of understanding of navigating the time-consuming and complex worlds of Google and Facebook Ads. They are very good at translating and communicating how these worlds work, so I can better understand their recommendations. In addition to this, they exhibit patience, understanding, and timely responsiveness when I have questions or concerns. A “caveat emptor” for others looking for help with their ad campaigns is that one of the problems I initially had when looking to hire someone to manage ad campaigns is that an awful lot of the self-described “experts” are not, and are actually “learning how to do it on their client’s dime.” Not so with the PPC RAVENS team.
