Visionary Digital Solutions

Unfortunately, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The project took 1,5 months instead of estimated 3-4 days and I still can't consider it completed but don't have the energy to communicate with both representatives either. Unprofessional, emotional, aggressive communication when it comes to critic and problems. The company promised to provide some free video material for the products - and never did, despite several reminders which have been just ignored. I was super clear with Rola about all the details and requirements (sent her screenshots, references and clear text), most of them have been dismissed. All of the pictures which required a pure white background and editing were a huge problem - poor quality. Update: now after posting this review, I got another long aggressive message from the main representative Jad. In this message, he threatened me to share negative information about the experience with my company in public. Be aware - if you just dare to not like their work and share your experience - your business will be affected too. I was more than patient and polite with the representatives despite seeing the results of their work like in the pictures below and wasting over a month of time. I don't believe that any client would just happily accept this, so all of my soft comments were more than justified. The project is still not complete, some photos and videos are missing. Instead of making it right, they just ignore me and now they find this review unfair. Be aware.
