While I did run into a few bumps with email rejection at first, I contacted support and was impressed with how they handled it. By the end of my campaign, they even over-delivered on leads. In terms of signups or sales, it’s still too early to measure results since the AI leads need warm nurturing through follow-up tools like an email drip or autoresponder. My second order was for their SMS Text Service. It started off rocky due to location issues, since my products are only available in the USA and Canada. Once I let support know, they quickly corrected the issue. To be fair, it wasn’t something they could have known upfront since the order form didn’t ask about location—but now it’s something I think they might consider adding in the future.
