I was at a loss when I discovered that my Google Business Profile was suspended due to policy violations. I had no idea what those violations were. After trying to appeal to Google unsuccessfully a couple times I was out of options at fixing it myself. Thankfully I found Next call. They facilitated my restoration within a week after I provided them with my documentation. Drew and Brandan were very professional and did what they do very efficiently and faster than I expected. It was worth the price for me.
Next Call was professional and prompt in all of their communication. They helped me re- enable my Google Business Profile after wrongful suspension and were supportive throughout the process. My only regret is not reaching out to them sooner!
They helped us get our suspended Google Business Profile reinstated, however it took over a month, which was way outside of their '99% of clients get resolution in 10 days' claim on their website. Otherwise, we are pleased with the service provided.
