Melon Branding & Design

I told Paul right at the outset that I knew nothing about online branding and design. We needed two websites, neither of which were simple tasks. We were taking the highly complicated and technical science of advanced human tissue products healing patients and turning it into something that anyone could read and understand in 30 seconds flat. He did that marvelously. Paul made it work with my busy schedule and when I told him I needed something done on a tight deadline he made it happen. He was our project manager for keeping the website on schedule. He made sure myself and others on my team were getting back to him with answers when he needed it. He asked for input continuously in the design process to make sure I was getting the end product I needed. He challenged me when I was asking him to make changes that he knew would not help our brand jump off the page. In those rare moments he did challenge me, in the end he was right and you need someone with that conviction on your team. I really liked working with Paul. In a nutshell, he offered us a finished website product that was innovative as we are. He already has ideas that build on the original scope of work we hired him for. I’m excited to get that work started when the timing is right with himself and us!

From the moment we began the project, Paul led us through a comprehensive strategic plan. His unique approach is designed to help his clients figure out exactly what they are looking for with regards to branding. He genuinely cares about his clients’ satisfaction and excitement about the project, and shows an innate understanding of how to get them there. This collaborative, out-of-the-box approach is a stark contrast to the “take it, or leave it” methods, sadly often seen with Melon’s competitors. We loved how valued and seen we felt throughout the process, and how clear it was that his main focus was client satisfaction and a beautiful and polished design that truly represents our brand values. Our cafe and shop has had so many compliments on our design and branding from customers, and we couldn’t be happier. We will certainly return to Paul for any future projects. 10/10.
