Being surrounded by people who want to achieve their goals and are focused on their action items to achieve those goals, is amazing. Love being part of a team that listens to my personal goals and helps me put together action items that pave the path to help me get there!
just a very uncomfortable and overwhelming environment. it felt like forced and fake positivity when first coming in when really it’s just a place when your coworkers are constantly competing with you to get better things. constantly chanting positive affirmations doesn’t automatically make your teams great nor the job. also, the job listing came across as commission optional, but it’s not it’s mostly field work, which isnt really explicitly stated until you’re in the building. overall the energy and vibe of this place is off, i don’t trust anyone who’s chanting and yelling for no reason at 10 in the morning just because they sold phone lines lmao.
