However, beyond the outcome, I was seeking a response that delved deeper into the reasons. Here are the considerations I had: I wanted to seek objective opinions from someone who is confident in themselves. I was curious to know how someone like you would evaluate my job, especially since I felt it wasn't being appreciated much within my organization. Given your proximity to the industry, I thought you would understand the industry's characteristics. Furthermore, I believe this was driven partly by a desire for validation. During our second session, you mentioned, "You already have some answers within yourself." That resonated with me because I felt that I needed reassurance from someone who is impartial, has a broad perspective, and has successfully navigated the business world.

I practice cranial therapy in Auckland, New Zealand. Simply put, it's an internal-focused fundamental correction method that balances the body from head to toe. Amidst facing various shortcomings such as stumbling, fear, slowness, or incomprehension, he is always there to support me. If I were to liken it to a marathon, he's not just someone waving a flag and cheering from the sidelines, but rather a running mate who calculates the pacing and knows when to push for victory. As someone who easily gets off track, I want him to continue running alongside me, and I can feel his strict approach towards his own work, which inspires me to do work that I'm proud of.
