Highly recommend! Zia Signs was responsive and completed my project quicker than expected! They surprised me by doing the work over the weekend and I walked in to find my windows beautifully wrapped. They even took off the old vinyls during the install. Pricing quoted was 4x better than competitors! Very happy with the product and service.
Had high hopes and wanted to use local for my business. I have to say my experience was not a good one. Vinyl peeled back with in a month of installing. It was repaired with a clear vinyl that gives my logo a bubble look. Went back and got a border which also peeled back. This time I got a low effort repair that left large bubbles. And was told that some of the edges, there was nothing that could be done. Strangely I felt like I was to blame. somehow it had to be my trailer that was causing it to bubble/peel back. As if my trailer was made of a unique material to all others. a new logo was put on and it peeled again I was blamed because it was hot outside and that’s why it peeled. Shouldn’t that be something that was thought of before hand? I will be taking my business elsewhere. * Update* honoring your word is an entirely different matter. The only reason I returned to you for the flags was because you had made that offer. After I saw your vinyl fail the first time I should have taken my business elsewhere but I had faith that you were better than that and what happened round 2 of graphics the border and the window graphics peeled back. Within weeks. You taped it with some clear vinyl and left the rest of it rolled back or bubbled up. Defend yourself all you want but the pictures don’t lie.
I am so happy with how our products turned out from Zia Signs! Taraysa was so kind, responsive, and professional. An issue came up with the prints (due to my image) & it caused the project to be delayed. But when I let Taraysa know these were for a special occasion, she got the project done asap which was so nice & such awesome customer service. We will be coming back to Zia Signs for all our print needs & we highly recommend! Update: We also had Zia come out & put my husband’s logo on his office door, they did an amazing job! So quick & excellent quality. We will continue to use Zia for all our printing needs.
