I placed two separate orders with this company, and unfortunately both experiences had issues. Neither one was smooth or satisfactory. My first order was for three LED light walls for a show. The products were shipped directly to the event location. When I arrived to set up, I discovered that two out of the three units had connector cables that were too short. These small cables are what link the LED panels together, and they simply did not reach the other panel, even though the distance was small. It was impossible to assemble the walls correctly. In the middle of setup, with the event starting the next morning, I had to call them and even get on a video call to show exactly what was happening. One of the partners understood the issue quickly. However, the other kept insisting that the connectors were correct and that nothing was wrong, even while I was clearly showing on video that they did not reach. Instead of listening, he kept arguing that it should work. It was extremely frustrating to have to prove something so obvious while under event pressure. It felt like my explanation was not being taken seriously. The installation team working with me was also surprised by how the situation was handled. The correct connectors only arrived about an hour before the event started. Yes, it was resolved at the last minute, but the stress was completely unnecessary. This should have been checked before shipping. On top of that, during the very first use, some pieces were already coming loose. One of the center support bars had a side piece detaching. The overall build quality was not what I expected. Still, I chose to overlook these issues at the time. Then came my second order. Again, there was a problem. The website is misleading about delivery timing. It gives the impression that items will arrive quickly, but then mentions 10 business days in smaller text — and even that timeline was not realistic.
