Valpak of Reno & Northern Nevada

One of my favorite Franchises to work with. The team is super responsive and really cares about there clients. Highly Recommend.

I own Global Ace Solar, below is my opinion and experience with Sam, their Sales rep. Employees are very condescending. If you're a start up company or smaller company and you are trying to select a good company to work with for your advertising, this is probably not the place for you. Employees explain to you that if you don't pay for more advertising and get all their branding approaches suggestions, then you will not succeed as a company. According to them if you don't advertise their way, then you're not ready and not a right fit for their company. Sam, they're employee, also speaks of past 30 to 40 years of advertising ways valpak conducted business, but yet has only been with the company several months. He also talks about some successful companies that I've never heard of until I moved in the Reno area. But like Sam said, my company is not ready at this time to do business with them and I should come back when Im in a better position. This statement was told to me, because I didn't want to get all their services now and I wanted to try a smaller advertising product with them first.
