Great communication on Whatsapp and Email. The service was super fast, definitely recommend if you have any problems with your computer! :)
I had a phone call with the friendliest and most knowledgeable guy here; I was getting ready to bring my external hard drive to him for a repair. But in the information he gave me over the phone, he mentioned something I hadn't thought of that allowed me to solve the problem myself. I will certainly go back any time I have a computer problem. Really excellent service, a very nice person, and obviously he really knows his stuff. Thanks so much!
Communication is just phenomenal—they are so transparent and fair. Amazing! I received two types of quotes: one for "IT dummies" that explained everything in human language, and a second one specifying everything in more technical detail. They followed all my requests perfectly. Even after I got my laptop back, they gave me a consultation and instructions on what to do (and what not to do). You have to understand that no laptop parts are cheap, but these guys are fair and definitely not "money-suckers." I definitely felt safe leaving my laptop there. Thanks! XD
