MediaMarkt Tech Village Rotterdam

I get in line for a return. They tell me that I can't go to the same cash registers as the ones for checking out. They say that I have to go to another line. So I wait in line for a while without seeing anybody at the desk. They start calling numbers, so the people who showed up after me go first because I didn't take a number. Horrible setup.

I was declined for refund over a pad scooter in Netherlands. The bon shows. Ready to use mobility package?

Absolutely despicable. I came in with a simple request - please clean my laptop. I had spilled water on it an hour prior. After having done extensive research, I knew that if it gets cleaned the same day, the device can almost always make a full recovery. I came up to the employees with my request but was greeted with laughter and mockery, one of them even repeating what I'd asked in a mocking tone and giggling. After a promise to "look at it as soon as possible", the laptop was not cleaned by the promised day. I was told that I will be called with updates, but it did not happen until multiple days later. My laptop laid there, untouched, for multiple days. By the time the workers had opened it, it was too late. A waste of 100 euro. Money doesn't grow on trees. Do better.
