MediaMarkt Maastricht

Dont advice to come here, I bought notebooks and a printer with free insurance, but they just forgot to mention the insurance is not free, they withdraw the price 2 times during 'free' period and it was hard to cancel the whole thing. According the guy I missunderstood the offer, nice.

Store in Beek Bought a ( broken) iron in May and came back in September never worked properly; when I came back to shop wouldn’t help me ; the guy at till walked off and shouted at me in Dutch ( I only speak English) they wanted to repair and I wanted replaced; I was sold faulty product and then they expect me to have it repaired!!! Not on ; while I was in store saying this to the guy 2 customers in store had same issue; This company sells dodgy product and at full price and hope people don’t come back ( my opinion) won’t see me again

If I could give it -0 stars I would. We went on Oct 19, 2025 to purchase a phone, iPad, and electric toothbrush and we were treated so rudely by the young woman at the cash register when we went to check out. She acted like she didn’t want to help us for whatever reason. She was also very frustrated when I asked for a bag for our large purchases and was rude with me from the beginning when I asked if her register was open. On the upside, there was a young Dutch-Palestinian man who was very helpful and respectful – he works in the cell phone section.
