Unfortunately, I have to revise my previous positive review. I've enjoyed working with Humans in the past; communication was good, and our website was significantly improved. (See also my original comment below.) Recently, however, I received a message from a customer about a new website—intercoms.nl—offering the same brands as ours, Intercomdiscounter.nl. After some investigation, it appears that Humans is behind this website; the provided Chamber of Commerce number and address match the Webwinkelkeurmerk (Webwinkelkeurmerk) registration. This raises questions about how the information obtained was handled. Humans had insight into our sales figures, marketing strategies, and our customer base. I tried to contact them by phone and WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response. I'm not posting this review out of dissatisfaction with the original work, but to remind other entrepreneurs that it's wise to establish agreements about exclusivity or confidentiality in advance. My original review: So glad we found you; the redesign of our website really gave us a boost! I'm curious about what will be possible in the future. Talk to you in a year or so :-)
