Arrived with a flat tire because I wasnt able to pump it up myself. They were very kind and fixed it in a few seconds. Would definitely come back!
They charged 25€ for repairing my back wheel which is exspensive but fine. But they did not put enough air pressure on my wheel and the wheel was not centered. They wanted to earn easy money without performing a great job, just doing whats absolutely necessary. Wouldn't recommend this place.
I went to the bike shop that is the closest to this one first, the gear of my bike got disconnected. The other place didn't want to work on it because they only accept bookings, and the first available one would have been in at least 3-4 weeks. So I went to Piest, they quickly solved the issue in less than 2 minutes and didn't charge anything for it. Great service, I will come again if needed!
