I would give those guys 10 stars if possible! I bought a keyboard from them (much cheaper than it was on any of the other online shops), which was delivered the second day as promised (the order was placed a day before at 21:00 hrs). In the package they also put a hand written greeting card, a little gesture that made me appreciate even more their company and their services. Highly recommended!

Fantastic shopping experience! I ordered my mechanical keyboard from them and received it the NEXT DAY (easy to do on their website). In the packaging, there was a small bag of popcorn and a note thanking me for my purchase and wishing me all the best with my new purchase. This is such a classy and nice gesture! I loved the experience so much (and also because I needed it) I bought a second keyboard from them. The next day, I received an email saying that the shipment is delayed. I went on their website checking for another option, I asked if it would be possible to swap with another keyboard (same brand): no problem! The person I chatted with was so nice and useful. In a matter of minutes, my order was swapped (I even had a commercial gesture given that it was my second purchase) and my new keyboard is on the way! I cannot recommend them enough!!!
