Townsquare Media Billings

After being guaranteed that my sight would be front page on google in three months or my service is free I was told today by the representative from the company that is not only not a thing but laughable. They induced me to become a member with their company only to not provide the services that they said they would provide. This false representation very well may have collapsed my small business.

Changed the settings on our domain name without our permission and now our website is down. Nobody will pick up the phone or call us back after multiple messages left. This company is a joke! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

used these guys for our marketing. they even sold me on the use of AI. after several months of nothing happening except draining my bank account trying to figure out where the calls are and then they say we are not in the right program to generate calls. i attempted to cancel at that point. once i cancelled i didnt hear anything for the longest time. then all of a sudden i get an email about an invoice that was never paid. i asked them to reach out to me and no response. Now they have sent that bill to collections without giving me any response and no one will pick up the phone over there. good luck if you use this company. they will rob you blind if you let them.
