Nick, from start to finish has been fantastical. Initially, he listened as I described my business, my business values, and my perspective of how I wanted my business represented. He then developed a plan using social media and brand identification tailored to my business that was so much better than anything I ever imaged. I am extremely pleased with the results and would encourage other business that are looking to take their social media/brand identification to the next level to discuss their goals with Nick at Red Letter.

We met the owner Nick through a networking group. At the time my wife and I were starting a company, but were struggling to define our mission, vision, and target audience. After speaking with Nick for a few minutes I could tell He and his company Red Letter Creative was the company we wanted to work with. From the start he was a great listener who genuinely cared about us as people as well as our vision for our company. We attended a branding strategy with Nick and found it to be incredibly enlightening. We have walked away from the session with a crystal clear marketing strategy, target customer, brand voice, mission statement and much more. Nick taught a workshop on brand strategy for my organization and did an excellent job. He was well-prepared, engaging, interactive, and demonstrated broad knowledge of and experience with the subject.
