Jen at BigPxl (along with her team) have produced a fabulous website for us. They are very responsive to our endless list of questions and comments. When we needed a landing page at the last minute, they came through fast. I highly recommend Jen as part of your social media team!

My business listing has remained at the top due to Jen and her fantastic team. I committed to a blog posting over the course of several months. I was very impressed with the communication and the outcomes it brought to my business. They also revamped my website- its Top Notch now! Highly recommend this company to grow your business.

We recently hired Big Pixl to perform a complete CRM audit, and the results have been nothing short of transformative. From the very beginning, Alex and Amanda were incredibly attentive, taking the time to thoroughly understand our business, our existing challenges, and our long-term goals. Their meticulous audit led to a comprehensive cleanup of our workflows and contact database, which has already made a huge difference in our daily operations. They didn't just fix what was broken; they streamlined our entire process, making it more efficient and user-friendly. The highlight of their work, however, was the implementation of a new chatbot. This tool has instantly improved our customer engagement and freed up our team to focus on higher-value tasks. Alex and Amanda's expertise and dedication were evident throughout the entire project. They are not only highly skilled but also genuinely a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Big Pixl to any company looking to optimize their CRM. They are the definition of thorough and professional.
