We are using the Emfluence e-mail marketing platform successfully. The support in getting my whole team up and using the tools effectively have exceeded my expectations. Emfluence really cares about the success of their clients!
Having been heavily involved in the Emfluence tool for one of our clients, going on nearly a year now, this is an outstanding tool that still has features and unique elements that I am exploring. Their help line has been more then helpful, teaching me how to use the tool and not just answering or fixing something for me. If your database of contacts are in the hundreds of thousands or millions, Emfluence is worth your time to check out.
Overally, I find the emfluence platform to be intuitive and easy to navigate. The platform includes drag and drop features as well as the ability to add your own code for emails and webpages. What's more, their customer service is fast and I appreciate their openess to feedback and platform enhancements.
