We are so happy with our decision to work with First Scribe for our new website. Their process is streamlined and very manageable for our small company. Our project manager was a perfect fit for our group and at every step she was there to guide us. Everyone we met at First Scribe are helpful and knowledgeable. We look forward to a long professional relationship with First Scribe. We would highly recommend First Scribe to anyone looking to create an amazing website!

Our firm had the privilege of working with First Scribe on a complete redesign of our website earlier this year. When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. After meeting with us, First Scribe was able to provide us with several design options and layouts, which were aligned with what we were looking for. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with. The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Although First Scribe has various departments that handle various tasks, they all worked in cohesion. We are now working with First Scribe for our marketing needs, and we could not be happier. We highly recommend First Scribe to anyone that is looking to create or redesign their website, or promote their existing internet presence.

I worked with First Scribe on the launch of a new website for a Fortune 500 company. The creative team designed an attractive and user friendly front end and the technical team was very astute at providing the needed functionality, as well as integrating with the legacy database system. Everyone at First Scribe was great to work with. The team was very responsive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. I would highly recommend First Scribe for their expertise and customer service. We are very happy with the quality of the work and final product. Thank you!
