It's a terrible agency. My colleague and I were told that we had both been accepted for professional internships, and then on the day itself they told us no, that they were only accepting one of us, and then they told us neither. Zero professionals.
Our institution was scheduled to visit the site, and while we were there, they canceled it. Imagine if they made us look bad as guests. What do you expect as a customer?
Very informally, our institution organized a meeting with the agency, and once we were all there they cancelled on us because they had a client, they didn't even apologize.
